This little true story that Isaac Asimov apparently wrote is quite interesting. Asimov, “What is Intelligence?”
I often am regarded as pretty intelligent, academically, but I know that I can be really dumb, and am at other’s mercy in things like the car and other highly skilled jobs, which I know nothing of. It reminds us all that intelligence and wisdom are separate, and education as we know it isn’t the be all and end all of everything.
