It's normally created the first time you download something into it on the phone, but if that's not happened before then it's fine to just create it. I was merely referring to the wisdom of God, vs the conventional wisdom of the world (i.e that it's better to live together and see if it works out, than to keep that for marriage, which in actual fact results in more stable relationships). Obviously both types of relationships have their failures and successes, but the original article was pointing out that the stable in marriage type tends towards the more successful.
